The urinal is used as a weapon in Madness Interactive. It can be found in the Story Mode on the walls of the restroom or in Experiment Mode by pressing the "*" key on the numeric keypad. When used the first three times, the urinal partially shatters and will kill a regular enemy with one hit. It becomes less powerful when fully shattered. Although the urinal does not actually appear in Madness: Project Nexus, its sprite and data can be found if the game is decompiled.
