Phil Colbert was an agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation's organized crime task force, based at the Las Vegas field office, and the partner of Agent Dan Ekeblad. In September of 1996, he attended a meeting with LAPD detective Harry Bosch concerning allegations that Bosch planted evidence to frame an undercover agent for the murder of Anthony Aliso.
