A Diadochian imperial mistress or Imperial favourite is the title given to a person who is the lover of the Emperor of Diadochia. The page refers to all woman, as well as men titled imperial favorites who were lovers of either reining Emperors or Empresses,; because several monarchs had male lovers as well as female.
