1.It cannot move. 2.It can,however,teleport within 8 squares,even over water,assuming it ends up on dry land.This is not considered moving,because of it not being affected by terrain while not being a flier. * It's teleportation takes two turns.For example: Turn 6-You order the shapeshifter to teleport.It dissapears,but does not appear.Do not panic!Instead,make any other moves you want to,then end your turn. Turn 6-Your opponent does stuff. Turn 7-The shapeshifter appears wherever you ordered it to move.It has used up it's move phase and therefore cannot do anything this turn.
