Elsie has an interview for a job but she isn't sure where it will be based. Annie feels sure Roger Wain will be a mod or a rocker. She prepares a feast for him and is shocked when he turns out to be a class above her. However he refuses to eat any of the food as he is a vegetarian. Elsie feels sure the personnel manager will give the job to an old friend but he offers it to her. Roger asks Jack not to tell his parents that he's been to tea as they wouldn't approve of the pub. Elsie is surprised when the job turns out to be at Gamma Garments.
