Plot: The DCFDTL become the new 4th-grade class president and their first act is the "cleanse the school of troublemakers," and they send Numbuh 1 to detention (which is more like a prison). Numbuh 1's got one chance to save himself in court which blows as the DCFDTL are judges and find him guilty in less than a few seconds. The lawyer for Numbuh 1, a 5th-grade operative called "Numbuh $1.50 an Hour," is dumbfounded and soon, a battle erupts in the court room. Numbuh 1 is locked in permanent detention similar to a prison with the Six Gum Gang as guards. Numbuh 1 suspects the DCFDTL rigged the polls and must save the school, which they did.
