The distorted engrammeter can be re-obtained from Kharshai. Kharshai will not detect if the player is already holding one, making it possible to obtain multiple copies. Obtaining the distorted engrammeter is a requirement for the master quest cape. The area of Freneskae visited during Children of Mah does not work. One must take the engrammeter to the area of Freneskae visited during Fate of the Gods.
