The Super Plush Bear is an item in EarthBound. It functions just like its weaker cousin, the Teddy bear, following Ness and his friends at the back of their party. It receives most of the hits from enemies in battle to reduce the amount of damage Ness and co. take, until it becomes a pile of fluff and is removed from the inventory of the person who had it. The Super Plush Bear has approximately 400 HP, about four times more than the Teddy Bear. It can be bought in Summers for $1198, found in Dungeon Man, or dropped by the Mighty Bear Seven and the Hard Crocodile.
