The Jousai Down is a multipurpose fortress; it acts as temple, prison, storage and many other things. Many of the monks of the Priests live and train here, however many of the monks are out gathering information. The whole complex is a massive of smaller fortress brought together to form a great fortress. The Jousai complex is designed after an imperial Japanese castle. Where it is homed to the riches of designs, there was no expense spared when creating this fortress many years ago. The fortress itself is over 50 years old, although it has age. It has most of the modern defenses that any Marine fort would have. However since it is mostly run by the monks, these weapons are rarely due to the fact that not many battle take place here.
