The name Sahaja is from Sanskrit and from Hinduism and Buddhism. It is not related to the literal translation of the word, but has to do with its relevance towards meditation. In the two religions, samadhi deals with higher levels of concentrated meditation. Samadhi is the highest level of meditation possible and is in and of itself broken into four different levels, the last of which is called "Sahaja Samadhi". This is fitting considering Sahaja Muir's position as the more academic and spiritual oriented one of the Twins.
