The Nude Torpedo is a weapon that is capable of blowing a person's clothes off when it explodes without harming the person, other than causing momentary dizziness and embarrassment. It was test-fired during a mission against Professor XXXL in Operation: A.R.C.T.I.C. and was deemed successful, even though it missed its original target and struck the members of Sector V instead.
