The OnHeartbeat event is fired at regular intervals, allowing the implementation of activities that should be spontaneous or nearly continuous, rather than being triggered by some other event. For most objects, this event fires once every six seconds. This is reduced to about once every nine seconds for creatures running at a "very low" AI level (which by default indicates that there are no player characters in the same area as the creature).
