Coan Nocka Cyly was a Corellian-born Jedi in the New Jedi Order. Using his power with the Force, he discovered how to create a light sided version of Force lightning. Rather than being pure hatred, it was instead a simple manipulation of friction and heat. He also invented the CC-series blasters.
