He was serving at ops and on the aft bridge in early 2368 when the Enterprise-D was on its way to Melona IV. (TNG: "Silicon Avatar" ) Like the rest of the crew, he was affected by the Ktarian game and eyed Wesley Crusher suspiciously when he saw him walking through a corridor without the device.
