A band of a silvery-blue metal, about an inch in height and wide enough to be worn around the temples and forehead. It is adorned in the center with a large, multitonal opal, carved in the shape of a flickering flame. Flanking it are two indecipherable runes that glow with a steady blue light. The circlet itself is amazingly light for its size, and is padded on the inside with what appears to be woven cobwebs. * Status: Retired
