Kai Sey'lya was a Bothan who lived in the Starseeker Commune on the Outer Rim planet Tatooine. Kai was noted to be one of the youngest members of the moisture farmer community, serving both as a farmer and the resident mechanic. Unbeknownst to the other residents in the town, Kai was secretly an informant and part time collaborator for the Alliance to Restore the Republic.
