Noobness is a skill created by Jagex in 13 February 2007. Training noobness involves begging for different things. It is a skill that differs from all other skills by this reasons: -Your account starts with 99 noobness, and it goes down with time. -Your noobness level counts negative towards total level. -It is possible to achieve level 0 noobness. Every second that you are logged in, you lose 1 noobness experience.
