Leechcraft is a form of the Dark Arcanoi Larceny used by Spectres of the Fourth Great Maelstrom to channel Corpus and Angst, and to push Oblivion away. Used by Spectral armies attempting to conquer the Necropoli of the wraiths, Leechcraft was used as often for "healing" as it was for offensive purposes. To many wraiths, it brings to mind a perverted version of Usury, and there is little doubt that Leechcraft was derived from Spectres who once practiced that Arcanos.
