Born on Roon, Balor became a Neophyte at an early age. He was sold into slavery by his uncle, and bought by a disguised Darth Kabal. After training as a Neophyte, he began serving as a Blackguard. He was regarded as a rising star, and was in line to become a Sith Apprentice as soon as there was an opening. He participated in the Assault on Sabii.
