A joke term, combining the names of the skills Frenzy and Healing Signet to indicate how bad they are used in conjunction. (Healing Signet reduces your armor by 40 and Frenzy causes you to take double damage. You have a high risk of taking vastly increased amounts of damage and there is no point in using Frenzy when you are not attacking.) Often used along side echo mending.
