The Relinquished is a very powerful monster located in the deepest reaches of the Chasm. It is accepted by the vast majority of Runescape to be the most difficult monster to kill in the entire history of the game. It has a maximum melee hit of 85 and a maximum Magic hit of infinity. It must be fought in a team, somewhat like a minigame, and in order to kill it players must also defeat Elvarg when the two fight together. Poison and Deflection Prayers prayers are completely inaffective against it, but it is weak against stabbing attacks.
