Vipra (no real name known) is a henchman wannabe. She was Jadis Diabolik's roommate during at least part of the Fall 2006 term before Jadis managed to get it across to her that Dr. Diabolik wasn't interested in hiring her. She'd be a perfect candidate for the Robins, except that there isn't any such club. Well, that and the Robins want to hang with the good guys. Her power set isn't known, except that's she's referred to as having torn up a secret entrance to the Workshop. She's allergic to cats.
