Roger Cosby was a prisoner who was mentally ill. He was incarcerated in the same prison where James Grayson was held, in which he was given the nickname "Screaming" Roger Cosby for his delirious bouts. Sometime later, Cosby was recruited by SRPA and became a Sentinel. His deceased body was later discovered by Grayson.
