Holding the rank of Captain, he was in command of the heavy cruiser HMS Warlock. When Aivars Terekhov planned to take his improvised squadron to the Monica System, Anders vowed to go along in order to finally restore the honor his ship had lost in the First Battle of Hancock back in 1904 PD. Captain Anders eventually died in the Battle of Monica. The mission, however, was a success, and the name Warlock was put on the List of Honor. (SI1)
