Dwurl was an old male mole of Redwall Abbey and a Foremole. He was a good friend of Abbot Carrul and he was in charge of the preparations of the sport contest and Summer Feast. Dwurl was one of the wall guards with Junty, Toran and Brother Weld whilst Badredd with his vermin gang besieged the Abbey. He and his crew dug the grave for Junty and Dwurl helped to defend Redwall Abbey against vermin.
