Laqsha was an Ashalan who decided to leave the City of the Seventh Star. She did not follow the Council of Twelve and became an exiled. Laqsha became a desert guide who for her services she asked water in return. Laqsha also was a hunter of the Qanon, seeking those humans who had inside a jinn's soul. Laqsha eventually returned to join her brethren.
