Jay Don Blake (born October 28, 1958) is an American professional golfer who has played on the PGA Tour and the Nationwide Tour; he currently plays on the Champions Tour. Blake was born in St. George, Utah where he attended Dixie High School, graduating in 1977. He attended Utah State University in Logan and was a member of the golf team. He won the 1980 NCAA Championship and was named NCAA Player of the Year in 1981. He turned pro in 1981 and joined the PGA Tour in 1987.
