Russell Perot was a Havenite and an officer of the People's Navy. Holding the rank of Commodore, he served as Admiral Amos Parnell's chief of staff. (HH3) He was sent to Hades along with Admiral Parnell. When he refused to sign a forged confession, StateSec Brigadier General Dennis Tresca killed him by hammering a nail through his skull. When he did not die immediately, Tresca drove a second nail in several hours later. (HH8)
