Lilln is a Class M planet located somewhere in the Romulan Neutral Zone. It is the home of a race of very small but very skilled and curious beings. When their planet was visited by Romulans, the race decided they would some how join these Romulans and explore the universe with them. After much debate it was decided they would build a vessel that could blend in with creatures they wished to study. Smuel was the result. (Voyages of the SS Hanford)
