Hakla'ut VePituah (חקלאות ופיתוח, lit. Agriculture and Development) is a left-wing political party in Beiteynu. A secular party, it was founded in January 3538 by Yitzhak Rosenfeld with the support of several agricultural and industrial trade unions.
