The second S-series Robot-type enemy, and although it's very similar to its predecessor, this one in particular has also a high resistance to Wind attacks, so you'll have to rely on other elements if you intend to attack it physically. Aside of this, it didn't change much from the S-01, so you should be fine as long as you can exploit its weakness to Paralysis.
