The Federation News Service (FNS) is a media agency that publishes and broadcasts news throughout the United Federation of Planets and known space. (TOS novel: Corona; DS9: "Valiant") The UFP Infonet (FASA) may be the name for this agency in another continuity. Jordan Dennis became a reporter for the FNS at some point after 2374 (at least in the Pendragon timeline). He eventually hosted his own subspace broadcast, The Dennis Report.
