Tulloch was a small town in the highlands of Scotland, approximately six or seven miles from Loch Ness. UNIT used Tulloch as their base of operations for investigating the attacks on nearby oil rigs. Temporary headquarters were set up in the Fox Inn, a local pub run by Angus MacRanald. When the Zygons had to send their Skarasen overland from Loch Ness to the sea, they gassed the population of Tulloch into unconsciousness so they wouldn't notice. The Skarasen chased the Fourth Doctor over Tulloch Moor. (TV: Terror of the Zygons)
