Mrs. Spillane's Hotel was a hotel in Old Town, France, owned by and named after Corky Spillane. The Tattaglia Family seized control of it during the early 2003, but soon found themselves out of their depth in Old Town and largely withdrew. When Charlie Trapani began his assault on Old Town, the Spillane hotel was extorted easily as there was no separate racket in this business and only guarded by one lone Tattaglia soldier. After extorting Mrs. Spillane, Charl then brought the safehouse room for €45.000 so he had a base from which to work.
