Using this ability, Owen will be able to catalyse other people. He will be able to increase their strength, speed and mental capacity, and will be able to improve their durability and their body's healing capacity, so that they could then endure and survive harm they otherwise would be unable too. Sometimes his ability can also increase the level of skill and control they have over their abilities and any other skills they may possess. The ability shows as a warm, glowing light which fades into a person's skin as it affects them. Owen can affect any other person using this ability, but he cannot catalyse himself.
