Chet and Seto are two thieves who are friends with Tsume for a brief time. They help him with robberies until one of their members die. They begin to doubt Tsume and head their own way. In the anime, they rat out on Tsume after being caught on his location. Seto has a brown jacket and pants while Chet always wears a red helmet and rides a scooter. Both aren't seen again.
