A Dragon Meister is a person who serves as the mortal vessel for an Eternal Dragon which dwells within any given set of Dragon Balls. It allows a person access to incredible amounts of energy, and all new powers or abilities which they couldn't have hoped to achieve prior to fusing with the dragon, though their powers and skills all vary depending on the kind of relationship they have with their dragon.
