Hurricane Gordon was one of the most powerful Atlantic hurricanes ever recorded on Planet Ceres. The seventh named storm, fifth hurricane, third major hurricane, and only Category 5 hurricane of the 1980 Planet Ceres Atlantic hurricane season, Gordon annihilated coastal areas of the Yucatan Peninsula of Mexico with sustained winds possibly exceeding 190 mph.
