Quadrant 14 was a Narn colony on the border of Centauri space, located in Sector 158. While the Centauri Republic considered it a "listening post," it was the site of one of the largest Narn civilian population center apart from the Narn homeworld. The colony had its own Jumpgate and a space station in orbit to protect from attacks.
