The Bright Wisp always drops a Strong Lubricant Oil, but this key item serves no purpose, nor is it necessary to defeat the Bright Wisp to complete the quest, and they are not mentioned in the quest text. Strangely, the Strong Lubricant Oil disappears from inventory after the quest is completed; however, if more than one has been collected, only one will be removed.
