The Castor Core Figure was planned for Series 2 of the Core Figures but was pulled at the last minute because of "a Disney/talent approval issue" and Spin Master could not - as the licensee - put the product on the shelf. The problem was fixed in time for the next wave, but future waves of all Spin Master Tron figures were put on indefinite hiatus because of dwindling sales. "About 300 Castor figures produced were pulled from the casepacks and destroyed or distributed to the employees."
