Radlar Streamdiver is a tall, handsome dog otter, cousin of Ranath Streamdiver . He's a member of the Green Clan Regimen who comes along to rescue their Rhulain from Vilaya. Radlar is killed during the course of The Quean and The Rhulain, but his memory's kept alive when Ranath later names her first cub, a boy, after him.
