Cecil Urquhart Fisher (1859 - 15 August 1929) was a solicitor and local politician. Born in Little Downham in the Isle of Ely, he was the son of son of the Rev. Frederick Fisher, rector of Little Downham. He was the younger brother of William Hayes Fisher, MP for Fulham 1885-1906 and 1910-1918, and later Baron Downham of Fulham. He moved to London and was admitted a solicitor in 1885. He also acted as a registered patent agent and his practice was based at Holborn. He joined the Volunteer Force, and was a member of Queen Victoria's Rifles.
