MOAB stopper: cost $1000, shoot a dart that does 20 damage to MOAB class bloons. each dart can only target 1 bloon. Triple darter: cost $1000, shoots 3 darts that is really close that can pop 15 bloons. cannot detect camo when not upgraded.
