Witloof Bay are a six-piece act who hail from all parts of Belgium. They formed in 2005 and released their debut album three years later. They represented their home country in the 2011 contest in Düsseldorf but narrowly missed out on qualifying for the final as they finished in 11th place in the second semi final.
