Tiow is an elf-like creature belonging to the race of the Generous Ones. Maximilian King and Alexandra Quick encountered Tiow after being transported to a mountaintop in the Lands Below by way of an enchanted flute in May 2009. Quick encountered Tiow again in May 2010 when she attempted to rescue Innocence Pritchard and Darla Dearborn from the Lands Below. By that point, Tiow had become the leader of the Generous Ones, taking Cejaiaqui's place.
