The effects of Speedo Earrings stack with one another, i.e. wearing two Speedo Earrings would add 6% Block Rate. Unlike most other varieties of earrings, Speedo cannot be upgraded, so the level they are when dropped cannot be changed. Speedo Earrings drop from the following monsters: * Clockworks * Lord Alpha Clockworks
