Gabrielle Adawe was the United Nations Under-Secretary-General during the Omnic Crisis and one of the key architects of the Overwatch organization. At the end of the war, she had this to say about Jack Morrison: "Even I had my doubts about whether Overwatch would succeed, but Morrison never gave up hope. He didn't just meet our expectations for what Overwatch and its agents could achieve; he shattered them."
