The 10th Support Group (Regional) is the US Army senior operational headquarters on Okinawa providing command and control for all assigned US Army units and their families. The 10th Support Group (Regional) and United States Army, Japan; conduct theater sustainment; execute reception, staging, onward movement (RSO); they also conduct expeditionary logistics in support of the US Army Pacific, overseas contingency operations and the defense of Japan.
