Unlike Rock of Durotan, Dun Baldar Pass is in the mountains. It is relatively close to the Stormpike Graveyard. However, Stormpike Graveyard is at the bottom of a cliff, so the short way to get to Stormpike Graveyard would require taking fall damage.
